Our Vision: Rhythm, Rhyme, & Resilience: Lighting the Light that Lasts was a gathering of music, entertainment, and encouragement to create an intergenerational beloved moment of strength and connection to honor our ancestors, commemorate Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.'s Birthday and dream, and uplift the Black community. Recorded at the historic Rosa’s Lounge in Chicago’s Logan Square neighborhood on December 29, 2024. The multi-genre, multi-generational program is a love letter from Chicago to uplift the Black community and family nationwide.
